Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using Carorca, a service that helps you find car offers on car sale websites and sends you alerts through a Telegram bot. The service is available at carorca.com and through the Telegram bot @carorca_bot.

The service is provided by [FULL NAME], an individual entrepreneur (autónomo) registered in Spain, tax ID (NIF/NIE): [NIF/NIE], address: [STREET, POSTAL CODE, CITY], Spain (the “Operator”).

You can contact the Operator by email at [email protected] or through Telegram support at t.me/CarorcaSupport.

Before using the service, please read these Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. By starting the Bot or buying a Subscription you confirm that you accept these Terms. The service is intended for people who are at least 18 years old.

2. Definitions

  • Service – Carorca, the service that monitors car offers published on car sale websites and sends Users alerts and market estimates. It is provided through the Bot and described on carorca.com.
  • Bot – the Telegram bot @carorca_bot through which the Service is provided.
  • User – a person who uses the Service.
  • Consumer – a User who is a natural person acting for purposes that are not related to their trade, business or profession, and a self-employed person for whom the agreement has no professional character, where the law gives them consumer protection.
  • Business User – a User who is not a Consumer.
  • Subscription – paid access to the Service for the period of the selected plan.
  • Listing – a car offer published by a third party on a car sale website.

3. What the Service does

The Service monitors publicly available Listings and sends the User Telegram alerts about new or changed Listings that match the filters the User has set.

Alerts may include automatically generated estimates, such as market price, resale margin and estimated time to sell. The estimates are produced by statistical and AI models, are indicative and for information only, may be wrong, and are not financial, investment, valuation or purchase advice. The decision to buy or sell a car is always the User’s own: check the car and the offer yourself before you decide.

Listings are published by third parties. The Operator is independent: it is not affiliated with the websites or the sellers, is not a party to any sale, does not sell, inspect or guarantee any vehicle, and is not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of Listings.

4. Technical requirements

To use the Service you need a device with internet access, the Telegram app and an active Telegram account. Buying a Subscription also needs a web browser. No other software is required.

5. Using the Service

The agreement for the free trial is concluded when the User starts the Bot. The agreement for a paid Subscription is concluded when the User completes the purchase. The free trial and the Subscription are described below.

The User must not:

  • use the Service in a way that breaks the law or these Terms;
  • resell, redistribute or publicly share alerts or estimates as their own service;
  • share their access with other people or use one Subscription for several people;
  • access the Bot with automated tools or attempt to interfere with the Service;
  • provide unlawful content through the Bot or support channels.

The Operator may suspend access for a User who seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, after informing the User through the Bot or by email where possible. If access is ended for a reason other than the User’s breach of these Terms, the Operator refunds the unused part of the paid period.

6. Plans, prices and payment

The Service is offered in plans of 1, 3 and 12 months. The price of each plan, in Polish złoty (PLN), is shown on carorca.com and at checkout before you buy. The price shown to Consumers is the final price and includes VAT.

The Operator charges VAT where it is due under the law that applies to the sale. Business Users registered for VAT in the EU should give their VAT number when buying (or write to us before buying) so that the invoice is issued correctly.

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) on a secure checkout page. The Operator does not receive or store full payment card details. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.

A payment confirmation is sent by email. On request, the Operator issues an invoice with the details you provide.

Unless the User cancels, a Subscription renews automatically for another period of the same plan, and the chosen payment method is charged the price shown at the time of renewal. If the payment method you chose does not support automatic renewal, the Subscription ends at the end of the paid period.

The Operator may change prices. A change does not affect a period that is already paid, and applies to renewals only after the User has been informed at least 30 days in advance.

7. Free trial

Each new User can try any plan for free for 7 days or until they receive 100 offers (listing alerts), whichever comes first. The free trial can be used once.

If you start the trial by providing a payment method, the trial becomes a paid Subscription of the plan you selected when it ends, and the first payment is taken then, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Checkout shows the plan, the price and the date of the first payment. If you start the trial without providing payment details, access simply ends when the trial ends, and you can buy a plan to continue.

8. Renewal and cancellation

The User can cancel the Subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals. If you cancel before the free trial ends, nothing is charged. If you cancel during a paid period, access remains active until the end of that period.

To cancel, write to [email protected] or to Telegram support. If a self-service cancellation link is available to you (for example in your payment receipt or in the Bot), you can use it instead. We process cancellations as soon as possible; to be sure a cancellation takes effect before a renewal, send it at least 24 hours earlier.

After the withdrawal period has ended, the Operator does not refund the unused part of a paid period, except in the cases described in the Refund Policy or required by law.

9. Right of withdrawal and refunds

A Consumer may withdraw from the agreement for a paid Subscription within 14 days without giving a reason. How to withdraw, how the payment is settled if the Service was started at your request, and when refunds are paid are described in the Refund Policy (carorca.com/en/refund), which forms part of these Terms.

10. Complaints

Complaints about the Service can be sent to [email protected] or via Telegram support at t.me/CarorcaSupport. Please describe the problem and include your Telegram username so we can find your account.

The Operator will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

11. Liability

The Operator takes care to keep the Service working continuously, but does not guarantee that every Listing will be detected or that alerts will arrive within a specific time; delivery times stated on the website are typical, not guaranteed. Breaks may occur because of maintenance, failures of third-party services (including Telegram, payment services and the monitored websites) or events beyond the Operator’s control.

The Operator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of alerts or estimates, or for the content of third-party Listings.

For Business Users, and to the extent the law allows, the Operator’s total liability is limited to the amount the Business User paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event, except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or the rights of Consumers under mandatory provisions of law, including their statutory rights if the Service does not conform with the agreement.

12. Intellectual property

The Service, including the software, the Bot, the design, the compiled data and the estimates, belongs to the Operator or its licensors. The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for their own purposes for the duration of the Subscription. Listings and the content of third-party websites belong to their owners.

13. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to the Service and the Terms

The Operator may change these Terms for valid reasons, such as changes in the law, in the Service, or in payment or technical arrangements. Users will be informed through the Bot or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Paid Subscriptions continue on the terms in force when they were purchased until the end of the paid period.

The Operator may develop and change the Service, for example filters, data fields or the way estimates are calculated. If a change negatively affects a Consumer’s use of the Service more than to a minor extent, the Consumer may end the agreement and receive a refund for the unused part of the paid period.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. This does not deprive Consumers of the protection given to them by mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they habitually live.

A Consumer may bring a claim before the courts of the place where they live, and the Operator may bring a claim against a Consumer only before those courts. For Business Users, the competent courts in Spain have jurisdiction.

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example the help of a consumer ombudsman or consumer authority in their country (in Poland, a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or UOKiK, uokik.gov.pl) or of the European Consumer Centre in their country. The Operator is not obliged to use out-of-court dispute resolution bodies and has not committed to do so.

16. Final provisions

These Terms are available in English and Polish. If the versions differ, the version in the language in which the agreement was concluded prevails.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
